About Our Client

Our client is an employee-owned commercial general contractor with approximately 53 employees and a strong presence in the Southeast. The business specialises in wood-frame construction, including extended-stay hotels, assisted living facilities, and multifamily developments, with typical project values ranging from $9M-$15M and larger projects exceeding $20M.

Job Description

* Manage multiple ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
* Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication.
* Review plans, specifications, contracts, and construction schedules.
* Utilise Procore and Primavera P6 to maintain project controls and reporting.

The Successful Applicant

* Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
* Experience in hospitality, multifamily, assisted living, or wood-frame construction.
* Ability to independently manage projects without dedicated APM support.
* Proficiency in Procore and Primavera P6 is required.
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.

What's on Offer

Salary: $110,000-$140,000 base salary, plus bonus potential.
* ESOP with 5-year vesting schedule and annual ownership accumulation.
* $750/month vehicle allowance plus fuel reimbursement and $100/month phone allowance.
* Annual bonus, project performance incentives, 401(k) with 3.5% match, and 16 days PTO.
