Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will lead construction projects through all phases of the project lifecycle while ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage multifamily and mixed-use construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Drive project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution efforts
  • Lead project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and external stakeholders
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules and financial forecasts
  • Monitor budgets, costs, contingency usage, and project profitability
  • Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Coordinate procurement and subcontractor buyout activities
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Run regular project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Successfully led at least 1-2 construction projects from start to completion
  • Experience with multifamily construction, mixed-use construction, or comparable commercial construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction management, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
  • Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
  • Ability to analyze project financials and manage project costs effectively
