Seeking an experienced Multifamily Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multifamily residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing multifamily developments, from mid-rise apartments to large-scale residential communities.

  • Our client is a well respected and established General Contractor in the Indianapolis area and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. They have several high profile multifamily projects coming up and are looking for someone to lead them. This company has an incredible reputation and a strong backlog of projects

Job Description

  • Managing ground up multifamily and mixed use projects from foundation to key turnover
  • Successfully lead construction projects valued over $30M
  • Delivering on time and within budge projects for mutlifamily clients across Indianapolis
  • Create and maintain the master schedule
  • Assist in preconstruction planning
  • Oversee a Project Engineer and delegate tasks
  • Work alongside Superintendet and subcontractors to deliver successful projects

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years working on multifamily projects
  • BS Degree in relevant field required.
  • Land development experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities.
  • Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work.
  • Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects from preconstruction stage to completion.
  • Experience working on projects ground up & valued over $20M (minimum requirement).
  • Experience managing budget, schedule, logistics, etc.
  • Ground-up wood frame multi-family experience required.
  • Familiarity with Procore
