Job Description

  • Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards to ensure objectives are met.
  • Identify and resolve potential project challenges proactively.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and compliance requirements on-site.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project teams and clients.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction progress and address issues.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Multifamily Projects should have:
