Based on its track record and portfolio scale, it has been operating for roughly a few decades and has built significant experience in multifamily-focused projects

Job Description

  • Ensure the project stays on schedule
  • Manage the project budget, tracking expenses and ensuring the project remains within financial limits.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to ensure quality work.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
  • Serve as the main point of contact, providing regular progress updates and addressing concerns.

  • Preferred background in residential or multifamily development
