Job Description

  • Manage full project lifecycle for ground‑up multifamily developments valued at $25M+
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and field activities
  • Conduct weekly site visits to ensure project progress, quality, and safety standards
  • Lead Procore‑driven project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and cost tracking
  • Partner closely with Senior PMs and leadership to ensure proactive execution
  • Support pre‑construction planning, buyout, and scope reviews
  • Build strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and the internal project team
  • Drive problem‑solving, risk mitigation, and consistent on‑time delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-7 years of Project Management experience with a general contractor
  • Proven track record managing ground‑up, wood‑frame multifamily projects $25M+
  • Strong proficiency with Procore
  • Ability to manage long‑duration (18-24 month) builds
  • Excellent communication, financial acumen, and leadership skills
  • Experience partnering with Sr. PMs and executives on large project work
