Job Description

The Project Manager will oversee ground‑up multifamily construction projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget.Responsibilities include:

  • Managing full project lifecycle for ground‑up multifamily projects valued at $25M+
  • Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Leading Procore‑based project documentation, reporting, and communication
  • Conducting weekly site visits and managing field coordination
  • Supporting preconstruction, buyout, and change management efforts
  • Working closely with a Senior Project Manager and VP of Base Building
  • Upholding safety standards, quality control, and client satisfaction



The Project Manager will operate primarily from the office with consistent site engagement and collaboration across project teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
  • Strong background in ground‑up multifamily construction
  • Wood‑frame construction experience required
  • Experience managing projects valued at $25M+
  • Proficiency with Procore and modern construction technology
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects proactively
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long‑term growth and ownership
  • Comfortable working in an office environment with regular site visits
