Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
