The company offers the stability of an established platform while continuing to invest heavily in growth, creating outstanding opportunities for career advancement and project leadership.Job DescriptionLead all phases of multifamily construction projects from planning through closeout.Manage a flagship 300-unit wood-frame garden-style apartment community in East Falmouth, MA.Oversee project budgets, schedules, safety, quality, and overall project performance.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, consultants, and ownership teams.Drive project execution while ensuring milestones, cost controls, and quality standards are achieved.Review and manage project documentation, reporting, contracts, and change orders.Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to support project delivery and collaboration.Provide regular project updates to executive leadership, including direct reporting to the Vice President.Monitor construction progress and conduct site visits as needed to maintain project success.Collaborate across development, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
