Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of a large-scale multifamily development in East Falmouth, Massachusetts. This is a primarily remote opportunity for a construction professional with deep wood-frame multifamily experience who can drive projects from preconstruction through completion.

Job Description

  • Lead all phases of multifamily construction projects from planning through closeout.
  • Manage a flagship 300-unit wood-frame garden-style apartment community in East Falmouth, MA.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, safety, quality, and overall project performance.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, consultants, and ownership teams.
  • Drive project execution while ensuring milestones, cost controls, and quality standards are achieved.
  • Review and manage project documentation, reporting, contracts, and change orders.
  • Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to support project delivery and collaboration.
  • Provide regular project updates to executive leadership, including direct reporting to the Vice President.
  • Monitor construction progress and conduct site visits as needed to maintain project success.
  • Collaborate across development, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15 years of construction project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing wood-frame multifamily construction projects.
  • Experience leading large-scale apartment or residential developments.
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with executive leadership.
  • Must reside in the Greater Boston area.
  • Willingness to visit project sites weekly during initial project phases and periodically thereafter.
