Project Manager- Multifamily- On Site + In Office- up to $160k

• Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, from pre-construction to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Resolve any project issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.
