Established multifamily general contractor with a strong presence in the St. Louis market. My client is back by approximately $100M in annual revenue, building their reputation on quality execution a culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and long-term client relationships.

Job Description

  • Leads project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks.
  • Establishes project budgets and manages cost.
  • Coaches, mentors, develops, and trains project management teams.
  • Maintains knowledge of contract requirements and addresses complex obstacles.
  • Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams.
  • Ensures all risk management controls are implemented.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5+ years of Project Manager experience
  • 10+ years of construction industry experience
  • Experience working multiple, high value projects ($20M+)
  • Construction Management or related degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
