Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from kickoff through completion.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
  • Lead communication with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure project goals and milestones are achieved.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards.
  • Participate in project planning, procurement, and cost control efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and company operating procedures.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
  • Proven experience delivering ground-up multifamily and/or student housing projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
  • Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
