Job Description

  • Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues proactively.
  • Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and project plans.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to project sites.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project team members.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
