Job Description

The Project Manager - Multifamily will:

  • Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project standards and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all project sites.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient use of resources.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any concerns promptly.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage project teams to achieve optimal performance and collaboration.
