Job Description

The Project Manager - Multifamily will:

  • Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee onsite construction activities and address any issues that arise promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
