About Our Client

Our client is a well-established, privately owned general contractor with a strong presence across the Southeast. Known for its collaborative culture, hands-on leadership team, and reputation for delivering complex commercial and residential developments, the business is experiencing continued growth and is looking to add a Project Manager to support a growing pipeline of multifamily and student housing projects.

Job Description

    • Lead all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through completion
    • Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost controls
    • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
    • Review contracts, change orders, submittals, and RFIs
    • Partner closely with Superintendents to drive field execution and project performance
    • Maintain client relationships and provide regular project updates
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

    • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
    • Proven experience managing multifamily, student housing, mixed-use, or large-scale residential projects
    • Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
    • Experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining strong client relationships
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
