This role collaborates closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate project execution, manage resources, maintain schedules, and ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.

Job Description

  • Manage all stages of construction projects to deliver them on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor key milestones and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Keep detailed project documentation, including budgets and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across teams.
