Job Description

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of construction projects
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
  • Lead contract execution, negotiations, and risk management
  • Monitor health & safety compliance across all phases of construction
  • Provide regular progress updates and reporting to stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • 6-10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Proven track record delivering ground-up and/or large-scale projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Experience using Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with BIM processes and modern construction technologies preferred
  • OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
