We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractor relationships, and client communications while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and address challenges to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
  • Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Experience managing multiple construction projects effectively.
