Job Description

  • Lead and manage healthcare ground-up and interior construction projects in Nashville.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations throughout the construction process.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain timelines and quality standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
