This role will oversee all aspects of project execution while driving client satisfaction, schedule performance, budget management, and team success.

Job Description

  • Manage ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Lead project teams and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Manage client relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Collaborate closely with Superintendents to drive project execution
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving challenges proactively
  • Track project profitability and support successful financial outcomes
  • Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office 365, and scheduling tools to manage project performance

The Successful Applicant

The successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5-10 years of commercial construction experience
  • General Contractor experience required
  • Ground-up construction experience required
  • Experience managing projects valued at $30M+ required
  • Experience on commercial, healthcare, education, public works, multifamily, hospitality, office, or similar project types
  • Strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Procore, and Bluebeam
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
