Job Description

  • Lead all aspects of a large-scale casino construction project in Petersburg, VA.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and overall project execution.
  • Coordinate with owners, design teams, field personnel, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Oversee construction operations for a complex, ground-up development.
  • Drive quality control, risk management, and project reporting efforts.
  • Support and mentor project teams while maintaining a collaborative work environment.
  • Represent the company professionally throughout all phases of construction.
  • The Project Manager will play a critical leadership role in project success.
  • The Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong communication across all project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on large ground-up construction projects.
  • Casino, hospitality, entertainment, or large commercial project experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple project stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to successfully manage complex construction projects from start to finish.
  • Large new construction experience strongly preferred.
