With a strong backlog of work and consistent growth, they are seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding operations team.Job DescriptionThe Construction Project Manager will:Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeoutEstablish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendorsDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement activitiesAdminister contracts, subcontract agreements, and project documentationCoordinate design, engineering, and construction activities throughout the project lifecycleLead project meetings and communicate progress to key stakeholdersMonitor project financials and ensure adherence to budget objectivesIdentify potential project risks and implement solutions to maintain schedule and cost goalsManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reportingEnsure compliance with quality control and safety standardsCoordinate project closeout activities, punch list completion, and turnover documentationServe as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project executionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
