Project Manager - NYSCA (General Contractor)

• Experience with NYSCA projects or public projects with an MEP focus
• Plan, execute, and manage HVAC projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Coordinate with teams, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays effectively.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Communicate project updates and key milestones to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor allocation.
• Ensure all work adheres to industry regulations and client specifications.
