Job Description

Reporting into senior leadership, the Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle and ensure delivery against cost, schedule, and quality objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage end-to-end project execution from planning through completion
  • Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and project forecasts
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Lead procurement and subcontractor selection processes
  • Monitor project performance and proactively address risks or delays
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Provide regular reporting and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:
