Job Description

  • Manage academic construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
  • Prepare and present project updates to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Resolve conflicts and mitigate risks to maintain project timelines.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction.
