• Manage all phases of academic and commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
• Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and maintain client satisfaction.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
