Job Description

This role reports directly into the VP of Engineering and is responsible for:

  • Coordinating all project activities to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives
  • Acting as the primary customer point of contact for assigned projects
  • Leading project meetings and presenting schedules, risks, and status to customers and management
  • Developing and managing risk assessments and mitigation plans
  • Assessing project feasibility and developing project plans and compliance matrices
  • Leading program teams and facilitating communication across functional groups
  • Tracking projects against schedules, budgets, and phase review objectives
  • Managing allocation of resources, equipment, and materials
  • Coordinating with sales and marketing to provide program updates and gather customer feedback
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and company policies and regulations
  • Supporting occasional travel to customer sites and international facilities

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management with broader engineering exposure
  • Strong customer‑facing and stakeholder communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
  • Eligibility to work in the US and comply with export control regulations
  • CAPM or PMP certification preferred
