A growing commercial builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of upcoming work across the Orlando market. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can take full ownership of project delivery from buyout through closeout.

Job Description

* Manage commercial construction projects ranging from $20M-$50M
* Lead buyouts, subcontractor procurement, and scope management
* Develop and maintain project schedules and cost controls
* Coordinate with owners, consultants, field teams, and trade partners

The Successful Applicant

* Proven Project Manager experience on commercial projects up to $50M
* Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
* Strong knowledge of buyouts, scheduling, budgeting, and contracts
* Experience with Procore or similar construction management software
* Healthcare or AHCA project experience preferred but not required
