• Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Oversee project budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project quality and compliance with specifications.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements on-site.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and milestones.
• Manage procurement of materials and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
