Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to keep the timeline on track.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and potential challenges.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Supervise on-site activities and resolve any day-to-day operational challenges.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all project-related activities.
