Job Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, addressing any potential delays promptly.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Resolve any on-site issues to keep projects on track.
