Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings to address progress and resolve issues.
  • Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to meet goals.
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
