With a highly collaborative team culture, strong leadership, and a people-first mindset, they offer the agility and impact of a boutique firm with the stability of an established industry partner.Job DescriptionManage data center construction projects from planning through completion on behalf of ownership teams.Coordinate project stakeholders, including owners, contractors, consultants, and vendors.Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and overall performance to ensure successful delivery.Support project planning, reporting, procurement, and construction administration activities.Lead meetings, document project progress, and communicate critical updates to leadership and clients.Conduct site visits to active data center construction projects in the Northern Virginia market.Partner closely with internal leadership to support the continued growth of the firm's data center practice.Ensure project objectives, quality standards, and client expectations are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.For APM-level candidates, provide project support under the guidance of experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.For PM and Sr. PM candidates, take ownership of project execution and client relationships while driving successful outcomes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
