Job Description

  • Manage a $40M multifamily project from preconstruction through closeout
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
  • Oversee client, consultant, and field team communication throughout delivery
  • Monitor project performance, cost controls, safety, and quality standards
  • Identify and resolve project risks to maintain schedule and budget objectives

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
* 10+ years of construction experience in a Project Manager capacity
* Proven track record delivering multifamily projects from start to finish
* Stable career history with strong tenure across previous employers
* Experience working for a larger general contractor environment preferred
