Job Description

* Manage PEMB and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client stakeholders
* Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and risk management
* Maintain strong communication and reporting throughout project delivery

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of project management experience in construction
* Demonstrated experience delivering PEMB or similar steel building projects
* Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and project controls
* Professional, polished communicator with client-facing experience
* Motivated to grow into a leadership role and take on increasing responsibility
