Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex projects such as warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and commercial spaces. You'll manage budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and client communication while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

You'll collaborate closely with superintendents, design teams, and stakeholders to drive performance and proactively resolve challenges. The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience managing construction projects, with a focus on light industrial or commercial builds. They excel in budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership, and bring strong communication and client management skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and familiarity with tilt-up, PEMB, or interior renovation projects is preferred. A proactive mindset, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and proven track record of delivering complex projects are essential.
