Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager in the St. Louis area to lead multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have previous project management experience.

Job Description

  • Leads project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks.
  • Establishes project budgets and manages cost.
  • Coaches, mentors, develops, and trains project management teams.
  • Maintains knowledge of contract requirements and addresses complex obstacles.
  • Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams.
  • Ensures all risk management controls are implemented.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-10+ years in the construction industry
  • Previous experience managing and leading projects
  • Industrial, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare project experience
  • Knowledge of construction management software (Procore and Primavera)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
