Job Description

The Project Manager | Premier Commercial Interiors Projects will:

  • Lead multiple commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Oversee project documentation, reporting, and contract administration
  • Monitor project profitability and drive successful financial outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on project strategy and execution
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and trade partners
  • Utilize Procore, PlanGrid, CMiC, and Microsoft Office to manage project workflows
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards
  • Successfully manage 2-3 projects concurrently once fully ramped into the role

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager | Premier Commercial Interiors Projects will have:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
  • Proven experience serving as the lead Project Manager on construction projects
  • Ability to independently run projects with minimal oversight
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with Procore, PlanGrid, CMiC, and Microsoft Office preferred
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with time split between office and project sites
  • Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor relationships
  • Team leadership or management experience is a plus
