With a collaborative culture and consistent backlog of work, the company offers stability, professional growth, and exposure to complex public-sector construction projects.Job DescriptionManage projects from contract award through final closeout.Review drawings and specifications to identify constructability and coordination issues.Participate in project turnover meetings and establish project execution plans.Administer subcontracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.Manage subcontractor compliance, insurance, bonding, and project documentation.Oversee prevailing wage and certified payroll requirements.Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.Track project costs, forecasts, pay applications, and budget performance.Price, negotiate, and manage change orders.Lead the submittal and RFI process.Prepare formal correspondence with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.Facilitate project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.Support field operations with procurement, scheduling, and contract administration.Monitor project progress and proactively resolve project challenges.Manage punch lists, closeout documentation, warranties, and turnover requirements.Coordinate project commissioning and occupancy milestones.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
