Job Description

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Coordinate field teams and ensure on-site execution standards
  • Oversee reporting, compliance, and quality control processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years Project Manager experience with a general contractor
  • Consistent 2-3 year tenures with clear career progression
  • Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills
  • Comfortable working 50/50 between site and office
  • Tech-savvy; exposure to PM systems (e.g., Viewpoint) preferred
