Job Description

  • Lead full life-cycle delivery across commercial and public projects
  • Strengthen contract administration, documentation, and compliance
  • Drive accurate schedules, cost control, and change management
  • Collaborate with field teams to improve execution and accountability
  • Identify risks and implement corrective actions across projects

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5-10+ years experience in commercial construction PM roles
  • 3+ years managing public or government-funded projects
  • Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset
  • Proven success improving underperforming or complex projects
  • Confident communicator with leadership and decision-making ability
