Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
Lead project teams to ensure successful execution of public and civic construction projects
Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Coordinate closely with field personnel, owners, architects, and consultants
Monitor project financials and maintain profitability goals
Utilize Procore and other construction management tools to track project progress
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
Experience managing ground-up construction and/or large-scale renovation projects
Background delivering projects valued at $20M+ preferred
Public sector, municipal, academic, or K-12 project experience is highly desirable
Procore experience required
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
Ability to commute to the Greater Boston/Waltham area
