Project Manager - Public/Municipal

• Lead public and municipal construction projects.
• Manage project budgets exceeding $10M.
• Coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders.
• Review contract documents and bid packages.
• Administer public procurement requirements.
• Monitor project schedules and deliverables.
• Oversee document control and reporting.
• Manage subcontractors and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
• Support project closeout and commissioning activities.
