Job Description

  • Manage projects from award through completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
  • Lead client communication and project meetings
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement
  • Monitor project financials and project performance
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
  • Experience with QSR, restaurant, and retail projects
  • Proven success managing both ground-up and interior renovation projects
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
