Job Description

  • Manage ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, contract administration, and project reporting
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate internal teams, design partners, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Support healthcare, higher education, life sciences, aviation, industrial, and public-sector projects throughout the Raleigh market

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 8-12+ years of Project Management experience with a reputable regional or national general contractor
  • Ground-up commercial construction experience required
  • Healthcare, Higher Education, Life Sciences, or other technically complex project experience preferred
  • Proven ability to deliver projects from start to finish while maintaining client relationships
  • Strong tenure and career stability with previous employers
  • Local Raleigh market experience preferred; relocation candidates considered
