Job Description



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and project budgets.
  • Drive project meetings and maintain clear communication across all teams.
  • Monitor project performance and proactively identify risks and solutions.
  • Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reporting.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
  • Coordinate field operations and support successful project execution throughout the lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven Project Manager experience within commercial construction.
  • Experience delivering pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or manufacturing projects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation, including submittal logs and RFI management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage client relationships independently.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and driving project outcomes.
  • Knowledge of structural concrete, foundations, or footing work is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
