Job Description

  • Manage up to 2 ground-up or renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Lead project teams, including direct oversight of an APM or Project Engineer
  • Maintain project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and client relationships
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout construction
  • Drive successful delivery of projects valued at $15M+ while ensuring safety and operational excellence

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
  • Proven success delivering projects valued at $15M+
  • Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Raleigh, NC area
