Job Description

    • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects valued at $15M+.
    • Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement activities, and overall project performance.
    • Collaborate with Superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved.
    • Drive project communication and provide regular updates to internal leadership teams.
    • Oversee project risk management, quality control, and contract administration activities.
    • Coordinate and manage ground-up construction and renovation projects across healthcare, higher education, and senior living sectors.
    • Review project documentation, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance and constructability.
    • Utilize construction management software and technology platforms to support project delivery.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and project stakeholders.
    • Work closely with senior leadership while contributing to the continued expansion of the Raleigh operation

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role within commercial construction.
  • Proven experience managing projects with minimal training or supervision.
  • Experience working for a recognized commercial general contractor.
  • Strong tenure and career stability within previous organizations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated success managing budgets, schedules, and project teams.
  • Experience delivering projects within healthcare, higher education, senior living, or related commercial sectors.



Preferred Experience

  • Ground-up construction experience.
  • Experience overseeing renovation and tenant improvement projects.
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam or comparable construction technology platforms.
  • Desire to build a long-term career within a growing organization.
