About Our Client

Michael Page is hiring for the Business Services industry in Raleigh.

Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate construction activities for industrial and healthcare projects to support timely delivery.
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, and priorities to keep work aligned with agreed plans.
  • Track project scope and coordinate changes with relevant project stakeholders.
  • Monitor construction progress and address delivery issues as they arise.
  • Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain clear project execution.
  • Review project documentation and maintain accurate records throughout each project.
  • Communicate project status, key actions, and delivery updates to stakeholders.
  • Drive project close-out activities and confirm that agreed deliverables are completed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Experience managing construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Experience coordinating industrial or healthcare construction projects.
  • Ability to manage project schedules, scope, documentation, and delivery priorities.
  • Capability to coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
  • Confidence monitoring project progress and resolving delivery issues.
  • Clear ability to communicate project updates and actions with stakeholders.
